The PENTA Foundation, commissioned by YCP, was tasked with conducting the endline evaluation of PROSPER III, following its earlier role in implementing the program’s baseline study.
Drawing on this full project-cycle perspective, PENTA was able to compare baseline and endline data to assess progress and impact with consistency and depth.
The evaluation highlights a set of key lessons learned—capturing both achievements and remaining gaps—that will help YCP refine future program design and implementation. These insights, drawn from trends identified at the baseline and validated through the endline findings, provide practical guidance for scaling effective approaches and addressing persistent challenges in YCP’s next phase of programming.
